The Defiant Strength Glute/Ham Developer offers two adjustable components, enabling a customized fit for each user. The swingarm-style rear post adjustment allows for easy modification of the footplate’s distance from the split high-density foam pads. Additionally, the rear footplate is height-adjustable to accommodate a wide range of users. The large platform facilitates easy positioning, while the standard band pegs can be utilized at various engagement points.
