The Defiant Strength Lat Pulldown/Low Row Combo is a versatile piece of equipment designed for comprehensive training. Constructed from a robust 3″ x 3″ 11-gauge steel structure with a top-formed pulley boom, it ensures durability and stability. The unit features an adjustable knee catch with two foam rollers, and beneath the lat seat lies the pulley system for the seated row cable and adjustable footrest. It includes a 300lb weight stack, 4.5″ pulleys with bearings, and 3/16″ coated cables for smooth and reliable operation. This combo offers multiple training options and comes with both lat and row handles. Additionally, the lat pulldown weight operates at a 1:1 ratio, while the seated row weight operates at a 2:1 ratio, enhancing the versatility of the equipment.
