Description
The Defiant Strength Jammer Arms enable users to execute a wide range of pushing and pulling movements from the Defiant rack stations. These arms are adjustable along the length of the upright, accommodating users of different sizes. Additionally, the Defiant J-Hooks can be attached to the Jammer Arms, allowing barbell movements without detaching the arms. However, the J-Hooks must be secured or removed prior to performing pushing or pulling exercises with the arms.
